Fostex D108 and ADAT connections

Hi,

I have just purchased a Roland DIF-AT RMDB2 interface to link my Roland VM3100 Pro mixer and my Fostex D108 multitrack recorder.

The problem is I can't send or receive any adat signal from my mixer. According to the interface manual, the recorder must have a SYNC IN plug, and of course the D108 doesn't.

COuld you help me ? may be what I want is impossible but I need first to be sure.

yes, this is an ADAT inteface, but I don't know how to make it work with my D108.
