there was something similar in the 70's/80's, a solid body with a foldng neck and strings that stayed in tune. only difference was the neck folded to the back in stead of the front. can't remember the brand name. oh ya, it had a handle build in like the jems.

this thing is expensive!!

OK, so we have folding guitars, inflatable drums, I've also seen roll up keyboards. Now we need collapsable amps, then we could haul the entire band, including gear in a mini van.
