Am I going to be able to find the 2 seperate heads for this unit, as well as a copy of the owners manual? Thanks in advance.

Funny, but I saw an MSR-24 erase head (new) on Ebay, and I think it's still out there for bid. That's half the battle, eh? Then maybe wait an eternity for a (new) MSR-24 record/play head to list.
The alternative is to call Tascam Parts on the phone to see if they sell these replacement heads. Be prepared either for the word "no", or if it's "yes" that they're exhorbitantly expensive.
You'll likely be able to purchase the MSR-24 manual from Tascam Parts, and that's a second good reason to call them @ (323) 727-4840.
If your heads are worn, you could consider having them relapped, and that's always good for at least one restoration of the heads.
