Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 Headphone help?

Hello, I have the interface hooked up just fine; works fine with my monitors, all my synthesizers, microphone, etc. But when I put my headphones into the front headphones input, I get no sound from the headphones. They work just fine with my old interface, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help???

Routing issue. You will probably have to get to grips with the MixControl software. Good luck with that!

First thing I would do is look for a "Return to default settings" or "Shipping state" mode?
