foam or panels?

I put up some auralex 2" foam on the walls of my vocal booth. It's approximately 6x4x8.

As I was asking around about it I was told that this wasn't going to sound very good and I should buy the GIK 2'x4'x4'' panels instead.

second opinion?
 
you might find that the GIK would work better, but you've already spent the time and money to put up the Auralex (the "good" foam), so keep it. others will also advise you to add bass traps of 4" compressed fiberglass in the corners.
