FL Studio Sample Help

Aight fam, I been taking a few minutes of my precious time to try and work out a beat, and I want a HARD piano, but I realized I aint got a sample for one, I started makin' the base of the beat and stopped because I don't have a good piano.

Any of ya'll have any good samples you can hook me up with, Just pianos, I have everything else. :)

Hmmm.....shouldn't be hard to find a sick piano for you. I gotta put in 10 hours at the office today, but I'll try to take a look through my files and see what I got.
 
try this... go to this website.... http://vixy.net/ this program allows you to go to sites like YOUTUBE, or any other flash site and find the video you want, then convert just the audio to a mp3 file and use it however you like... soooooooo Re-Lapse, you can go on youtube, do a search for PIANO, find a good video with a dope piano sample, and convert it to an audio file and sample to your delight.. hope this helps:rolleyes:

Also with a program like audacity or garageband I believe does this too, you can set the recording to stereo mix, play any video on any site/program, and press record, getting an audio file. This way you don't have to get the whole song too, just the part you want. Plus I've noticed vixy only works on and off.

you're absolutely right ETERNAL- i just think that being able to get audio from any video you want, from any web site, gives you a little more to choose from.
 
See but he has a pattern he already is using so he may or may not be able to find something that works that he can sample. I had a gang of soundfonts that I got free from sf2midi.com that might do the trick...now I gotta find the DVDs I had because my external hard drive is acting up.

Thanks to all the others for ideas as well. Just seems a bit -out there- to actually go through a thousand videos on Youtube to find the right sound. Although, I will cop the idea when I do need something that I can't find a sample for. I just knew someone on here had some bad piano samples, for me.

Nonetheless, all is appreciated. Fiev, if you gonna upload the samples that's cool, but if you want you can e-mail them as well. re-lapse@hotmail.com works for me.

yeah i'll email them or zip them up and share via aim....but seriously go look at that site...you will find lots of good shit....for FREE

Will do. I had that site bookmarked before my computer crashed a while back, lost alot of my work, too.

I'll definitly take a look, again.
