Fl Studio Export Issues

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but anyway,

When I export my project with FL Studio 9, my bass sound COMPLETELY changes. It's frequency goes way up, so what sounded low and resonant is turned into a bad 80's campy movie drum sound. I rendered with dithering, without dithering, 64 point sinc, 128 point sinc..... How do I fix the sound?

Are playing it back from the same software on the same system in the same location, or are you saying that it doesn't sound as good when you play it on another system or in different software?
