First Timer, every ready but no signal???

Hi This is my first time trying to record and i've purchased the audiobox 22vsl with studio one. I've installed it on my macbook pro i just purchased for recording. Everything went smoothly until I tried to record. I have studio one connected by usb but im not getting any signal into the program. The meter doesnt move with i hit a tune or anything. Please help

You have to select your input device in your software. I'm not familiar with your hardware/software, so can't give any more details.
