Hi
I've been though a period of slackness, disinterest, and overseas travel and basically have not done any music in a very long time.
anyway, i decided to get back into it, after all, it soothes the soul.
i was wondering if anyone can tell me what they think of this first song in a long while.
its an old song that i started a while ago but forgot about, but i thought it would be good to do something familiar.
in particular, is there too much going on? too many effects? it sounds fine to me, but i've spent a lot of time listening to it and don't have fresh ears.
also, would like comments on
- clarity of vocals [i used a new microphone]
- anything on the mixing
- anything else on the song, even just if you can't think of anything constructive, just whether you liked the song or not.
thank you.. i appeciate any input and your comments will really help me get better.
the song is as yet untitled
but is found at
