I agree w/ ecktronic. The drums are in yo face, and the gtrs are like an afterthought.
Yup, just put it up on the mains.

Iguess I can see(hear?) what your're tryng to do ambience wise. But hmm..

The drums are drowning the gtrs ya know??

Pull the drums/bass back some? some of the string squeaks are bothering me (a tad).

sounds good though, nice tune.

2nd thought. snare is dry, gtrs could use some eq.

Being a drummer first and foremost I do tend to have them up too much in the mix. I'll back 'em off a bit.

The string squeaks annoy me, too! I'll see what I can do.
 
Diggin it. I like the strings where they are. It's very mellow, no real nits but I agree that the drums could pull back a bit. Very nice stuff.

Yeah on the reverb on the AcGuit. As a guitarist I like to hear a bit more detail in the guitar, especially when it seems to have an important role in defining the structure of the song. Way cool when the Bass assumes a lead voice. I assume that it is a descant against the vocal. Nice line anyway. Good recording overall. What's the lyric about?

There is a sense that there's a percussionist deeply involved in this from the mix.
The bass has a nice growl to it.
Is there a high pass filter on the acoustics? I can't hear any bottom from them - but then the bottom of the mix has a fair bit going on to mask that.
Nice piece - actually sounds like a very cool intro to a mega song cycle, a bit like that Eagles instrumental used on the Hitch Hikers' Guide.
