Still pretty pricey but oh well..

well that guy can play for sure...the guitar sure seems versatile. I'm curious about the robotic tuner...it sounds interesting.

I'm guessing it is only a matter of time until we see entry level guitars having built in effects.

These guitars had a place to put effects modules in the guitar. You could turn them on and off as well as adjust parameters from the extra switches and knobs on the face of the guitar.

I think there's a footpedal or two involved so it may not be totally on board the guitar. Yeah it's not new but it does have some very nice effects. I wonder how well it will sell. They are limiting the production to limit the amount of fail - which is what it is from what I can tell from the various boards. The worst part of this is the presentation (aside from the playing demo).
