Ok...I have built the vocal booth a size of 4'6 X 6'6 and 10' high. I have plywood on the outside, Owens R-13 insulation on the inside walls, and plywood to enclose the booth on the inside. I also have a piece of plywood for the roof. I know, not the best but this is my first build of a booth. Now...what could I add as treatment for the inside of the booth to isolate or soundproof it as best a possible. I already know....its not going to be completely soundproof but I just want to do the best I can. Any suggestions???

Did you use acoustic caulk on all of the plywood seams? Why did you do the ceiling different than the walls?
On the inside, being that small, you'll need to completly deaden it. Line the innerwalls with OC703 or Rockwool and cover with fabric. Since the ceiling height is pretty good, I would use some of that space to trap bass. Maybe two large corner absorbers filling that space.
