I find it very hard to believe you could read back 600MB from a cassette tape. It would require some pretty phenomenal coding scheme.

Great prices for 100-packs of no-name chrome Type II, and you can get any length from 1 minute up to 90 minutes. Sounds like a deal if you're making a lot of duplicates for distribution.

I went into our local Family Dollar store for some odd reason a couple of weeks ago and to my surprise, the had brand new TDK SD 90 tapes in packs of 3 for about 3 bux or so a pack. Don't remember exactly the price but resonable.

No, I was just looking through cassette images online and was amazed at how some folks are using old tapes in art and decor these days.
