I realise this is slightly off-topic but I thought you might like to see this video of Josie, a 17 year-old music student, recording this in our studio at the weekend. It's a precision performance with no less than 20 individual parts including 5 synth loops, 5 beatbox percussion loops, 2 guitar loops, 6 vocal loops + vocals and guitar. All filmed and recorded live:

If you’re interested in the techie stuff, the synth output is routed to the VoiceLive 2 aux input and the guitar and mic are also fed into the VL2. The output of the VL2 feeds the Boss RC-30 loopstation and the output of this goes to the monitors and also feeds an input on Sonar X1 to record the audio which is used on the video.
Josie also uses Sonar X1 to control the synth (Roland XV-5050) which is pre-set to the sounds she needs. So all she has to do is hit the down-arrow to select the next sound.
