fd 8 or dmt 8vl

which one should i go with. im looking to at least 3 things at a time and something that will hook up to my comp easy
 
The FD8 blows the doors off of the DMT8VL in terms of functionality, sound, expandability, etc. However, it also depends on HOW you want to connect to your computer. The FD8 connects to a PC wonderfully using ADAT i/o and MIDI sync. The DMT8VL doesn't have ADAT i/o, but it does have anlalog outs for every channel, which the FD8 does not. Personally, I'd go with the FD8 and an ADAT capable card like the Terratec EWS88D.
