Favorite free and non-free limiter for mastering?

Slightly off topic from this thread, what is your favorite free VST limiter, and what is your favorite non-free VST limiter?

Don't know about the free one, but I like the UAD Precision limiter

Voxengo Elephant is pretty good.

The free W1 Limiter seems pretty good to me. I don't have any experience with the expensive ones.

UAD Precision if I need one. Samp's native dynamics are surprisingly good also...
