Extension?

whats the max lenght approximately for a 25pin extension cable between the delta1010 and its breakout box before you start having a signal quality loss? Anyone know?
 
The cable is probably spec. out to the appropriate length for best possible performance. I wouldn't stretch it to much further than it is.
