I saw a thread a week or so ago I believe...But I think I am having the same problem...I sit and sit and mix the tracks so they are perfect to my ears...Then I export and Bamn!!! it changes the sound...I used to have n-track and liked the ability for the realtime mix...Anyways any work arounds for this cause I can't see how I can get a solid mix this way...Maybe upgrade to SX(is it any better in this area)

N-track was working fine for me till I upgraded to XP...Then I couldn't use it anymore...

Thanks

Geoff

I'm not having that problem any more..... the stuff i was exporting was recorded with my crystal audio onboard card.... now that I have the 66 and omni studio running, no problems! everything sounds great! I am going to buy a rackmount burner however and record live out of the s/pdif out on the delta... i've been told this is the way to go. What is your sound card? onboard? Someone had mentioned something about the possibility of the tracks being layered on top of each other but I dont know. I also run XP pro, solid as a rock.....I know that shit is frustrating though..

I did... to no avail.
not many answers there.... people are much more learned and edjubacated here abouts.

I got the audiophile 24/96...Is there a break out box for this shit...I will try that first..I want to get one anyway...I think I got xp pro running but I say I think I got cause it was pirated...Shit the rackmount burner sounds like fun too...lol God damn if only I was rich...And blue bear thanks for the monitor help but when all was said and done...I had to go with behringer truths(best of the cheapies that are not cheap at all)...Maybe one day I will have the money for the Mackie's...ahhhh

Thanks guys

Geoff
