Explanation of room modes

I've have the room modes calculated for my room but I don't know what they mean. I'm ready to start treating my rooms but I don't understand what they mean. Could someone try to enlighten me as to the meaning of the attached file cause I'm lost. Thanks.

That book is one of the Bibles of info I found in this site, written by St. John Sayers. There are also other by St. Harvey and St. Ed (although he swears a lot for being a Saint... just kidding). Very valuable people. You have lots of info to keep you pretty entretained.
