Does anyone know where I can find instructions / material used to build an equipment rack

I am kind of low on cash, so I figured I will just build one

When I have been patient, which isn't very often, I have found 8 space rack rails on ebay for under $5. Otherwise you can find them @ Musicians friend or another retailer, usually $20 or so.
