Eleven Rack

Hey guys

This is truly an annoyment and truly a noob question.

I just bought the Eleven Rack today for recording my guitar to my computer.

I have been doing this for some time now and i use Cubase.

So when im trying to record onto my pc thru the USB connection with the Eleven Rack i only get a clean guitar sound, i have amp and cabinets turned on, in the eleven rack and i can hear the sound fine thru the speakers with the choosen cabinet and amp. dows anyone have any idea what is going on here? what am i missing.

The connect is fine, cuz i can record thru it, but no effects at all!

ps. i am very accustom to cubase and dont wanna start over with pro tools which comes with the eleven rack unit.

any help or questions leading to a solution is truly appreciated!

If I remember correctly you simply need to select appropriate input from 11rig to recording app

A 'clean', unprocessed signal is always available, in PT this is the 'guitar in' selection. Processed defaults to a stereo pair with recording app input selection being 'Eleven Rig L/R' (or broken into Mono tracks 'Eleven Rig L' or 'Eleven Rig R')

never used it with Cubase so labels might be some different, but basically 11Rig routes both processed and unprocessed to USB output and in the recording app you need to select appropriately

oh yeah, you were right on the money, thanks a million!

I switched from Guitar in to Eleven rig L in cubase VST connections, and I got the effects!

The thing that threw me off was in device list that input was listed as inactive.

You the man, thank you again!
