Hey Guys,
I found a cool website that has all kinds of cables, belts, motors, cleaning products, etc.... These parts are not Specifically name branded ( they are standard, generic parts for all electronics-universal), but I'm sure many of them will fit your old broken down 4 track cassette machines. You may have to know a little about electronics to install some of these parts as well-like measure your old belt, pick the size they have that fits closest. They also have a rubber cleaner (I don't know how good it is yet, but they have it) Seems pretty cheap, check it out.
