Effects and noise

HI you all, I'm here 'cause I know I can get to comunicate my needings and concerns.

Well, I'm about of buying effects for my guitar. I was thinking of purchacing a DS-1 (from Boss) and a DL4 (Delay modeler from Line6). Also, I will be connected to a Spider 110 (LIne6). The issue is, Will I have noise when connecting the DS-1 to the DL4 an then to the amp?. I'm ussing a Ibanez guitar and it sounds very clear and good, but at the end of the chain I don't know whether I'll get noise (hiss... ) on the background sound.

Any fx box in the chain will add some noise. The question as always is will it be more than you can live with. Probably not if you are buying fairly modern gear. Does the spider amp have an effects loop? If so I would say with a fair amount of confidence that you probably won't be too terribly concerned with the noise once you hear the delay you wanted echoing off into eternity.

Just think of all the guitarists who chain stomp boxes, sometimes a lot of them, into their live rig. True this becomes the engineers nightmare when the pedal loving guitarist comes to the studio to record. I doubt a good rack box will hurt your sound though.

get a noise supressor

dooders, just get a noise supressor. Mike Einziger (Incubus) has like 13 pedals with no loop and he uses an ebtech noise supressor (its only $55 at zzounds http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/love.music?p=p.EBTHE2PKG&z=1504982657063 ) and it doesn't have any adjustments to screw with and works better than others. I've played the spider amps and I like them and I doubt there will be any noise(very little maybe) if you get the pedals. Personally, i wouldn't recommend the DS-1 cuz I have it and the distortion isn't that heavy (if thats what you want). I'm rambling cuz i'm bored. The line 6 delay is nice, they used it on the soundtrack of Monster's Ball and it can have a very long ethereal sound expensive.
