Thats sounds and looks like the tape is scraping on the flange of the takeup reel. Those plastic reel have the annoying habits of slightly warping and allowing the tape to contact the edge on every rotation.
Use a different take up reel.

Yeah, it's pretty common.
Look at the take up reel from the right hand side to see if it's buckled….Like you would with a wheel.

Yep, its either the right side reel itself, or reel table height adjustment and/or the right tension roller adjustment. It's annoying and it will also damage the tape edge over time, so its an important adjustment. If you have another reel try it first before making further adjustments.
