is there anyone here still using this midi keyboard?
Because I have a problem with the "VALUE Encoder": whether you rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise, it always increases the midi channel value.
In other words if I go from midi channel 1 to midi channel 2 by turning the control clockwise and then counterclockwise to go back to channel 1, the keyboard display shows 3 instead.
The only way to get back to channel 1 is to reset the keyboard (following the procedure described in the user manual).
It started doing this today and after she got her hands on it my wife ...
I don't think the Value encoder is faulty, I rather think it was set this way by mistake.
If anyone else had this problem and solved it could you help me?
