I don't know if this is the right section for my question, so sorry if I'm wrong:

I am looking for unexpensive near field monitors, so I saw the Edirol MA-10A and his brother MA-10D with digital inputs. The only thing that makes me think is the VERY low price. Can such a thing do its job (about 200$/pair).

Has anyone made some experience with this thing?
Or can you recommend other near field monitors in very low price region?

Thanks for your help

i dont know if they are anygood but they are 200 right ? for 300 you can get a pair a studiophile sp-5b's with a seperate amp for teh highs and one for the lows each spk is about 75 each and they sound great i have them..and they are video shielded which is very important if your using them with a daw. theya re made by
m-audio. www.m-audio.com
hope this helps...u can hear them at guitar center.

Thanks, I have read some reviews about the Audiophile, and they really seem to be a good deal for money. Unfortunately, they are about 500$/pair here in Germany, which is above my budged.
