Eddie Vedder Rise Cover

I really love this song by Eddie, it's so uplifting. I tried to do a cover of the song and added my own slight interpretation to the song. Please tell me what you think. Be honest . BTW I messed up the last verse: I said throw down my haste in the road when the lyric is throw down my ace in the hole.
I had removed the link because I really wasn't satisfied with the recording. I was adding too many textures to the tone of the song.

The record this song is on is brilliant for the road and on mountain hiking trips, so I was excited to find a cover of it here.

I checked out your account and really liked the Nick Drake-cover. Vocals should be a bit louder in the mix though.

Thanks for the feedback dainbramage. I did initially record a cover of Rise, but after reviewing the song many times...I wasn't happy with my rendition. I hope to practice the song more and share my cover with you . I'm glad you liked the Nick Drake cover. I need to work on mixing a lot more.
