Seems my mixes could use a little more treble.

Would I hear a bigger improvement with an equalizer, or a BBE Sonic Maximizer, or other?

If someone out there has both, please enlighten.

GT...man dont mention a BBE around Ed :) I've got one but its out of my rack now because well...Ed told me so :D But seriously it leaves some kind of sonic distortion or some B/S like that on whatever your mixing down to.

Go with the EQ, I have and can really hear a diffrence now.

Hey David,

Thanks for the warning, I will go with an equalizer. I wonder how the the maximiser got so much hype.

Any brand you would recomend? I think I will go with ten band.

Yo' David. Are you you referring to an additional outboard eq? I sometimes go analog
when I don't use my computer and the eq on my
Alesis 32 is not that great so i was considering buying another stand-alone eq.
(please note that I use the Alesis mainly for PA applications and sometimes compare my digital recording vs the analog recording)
Thanks.
