ebay, china Guitars?

Ok you know the guitars that are going for like $10 but you pay $400 shipping are they fakes?

If not that's a fucken good deal for some of the guitars I've seen...but I'm cautious because I know alot of the stuff that comes out of china is fake.

Anyone know?

There was a Carvin up with a similar Chinese deal, with a bunch of fake feedback and stuff. Personally, I'd be very leary.

Seeing as how China is the global leader is conterfeit products and imitations - I would not reccommend buying anything that cheap from there. To me it looks like a solid case of "If it's too good to be true - then it's not true.."

This is a fake ibanez, but this is a real guitar.
Trust me, I live in Hong Kong and always visit Mainland China..............
There is a lot of real fake guitar in www.ebay.com.cn
and yes........fake all over china!!
you cant imagine there is fake eggs, fake oranges, fake vegatables, fake wine, fake university........every fake things beyond your imagination!!

and last suggestion is...........DONT BUY THAT $HIT...........save your money for the real brand real guitar.

they want to earn on the shipping........because shipping cost cannot be refunded. if you find out it is a fake guitar and want to send it back.....they will send you back $10 maybe??

This kind of guitar runs for $600-800 HKD in china. (USD100 or below).

for $10 the guitar and $400 shipping cost.......they earn a hell lot!

some years ago I bought a Peavey wolfgang from USA and the seller ship it to me (Hong Kong)by EMS including hardcase, shipping is just $200......$400 for shipping that crap is just pretty nonsense.

just for the hell of it i bought a "penny" guitar off ebay.

it was $0.01 but the shipping was like 25-30$.




but i had some spare cash and found it funny.
and i was right...it looked even crappier in person than it did on screen!
and played like shit (i actually smashed it eventually...haha)

i wouldnt touch that thing. there are plenty of decent guitars that you can get for that amount of cash....like an ibanez artcore.... .

but seriously man, unless your a millionare with an incredible sence of humor, dont get it!!!!!!

Yeah I don't really need another guitar I just thought if they were real at that price I couldn't go wrong.

I bought my Yamaha rgx720 as a guitar that I can keep at school so I don't have to keep taking mine there but ended up using it a shit load more it's my 2nd best guitar now dimazio pickups and oh so low action.

I'll probably get an ibanez "AX" series to keep at school.
