I got out my stratocactus for this one.

This one really puts the intonation to the test.

I wanted to get one more recording in, before inlaws take over studio/guest room for Christmas.

Feedback please.

Hey GT didn't hear any intonation problems here, sounded pretty "true" to my ears.

Wasn't that "Silent Night"?
'tis the season to call a spade a spade.
Pretty credible version BTW. :)
Merry x-mas.
I know a guy who has some sleigh bells he doesn't need....

Doc,

You caught me, I was afraid that if I put Silent Night as the title, that no one would want to hear it, I just had to do it, tis the season.

Anyway I had this fingerpick patern that only seems to fit Silent Night, and I didn't want to waste it!!

I would love to see more Christmas music from you guys, and please don't say Bah Humbug. Just no dogs barking Jingle bells!!

David,

Yeah I spent about a week off and on, adjusting the bridge on my electric trying to get the intonation right. I think it paid off. Did it by ear, I think that's your best bet.

By the way, if your interested in this subject, there was a great two or three page thread on intonation in the guitar section. You may have to go back a few days to find it.

Thanks for listening

Okay,

I redid the lead part, I lowered the volume, gave it a little more treble, played it tighter. I much happier with it now!

For those who waited, and Doc if you want to get a better version.
