Cheers KC, I'm trying to engage a spammer, but I'll come back and check it out soon enough.

strangest response ive had to a track so far chili ;)

lol

am I being moderated???

Cheers, of course you are... every thread and every post is moderated. Some do not need to be pruned, others need weeding....

I used to go to the clubs that played this kind of music. I'm sure they had a name for their type, I just can't recall or never knew.... Danced all night with whatever girl was in the crowd. It was fun. I always enjoyed trance music where The Chemical Bros were considered pop. Of course, I like most every kiind of music there is....

So, going straight to the end, yeah it just doesn't fit. Not a smooth transition. If I were in a club and your tune played, Id be like yeah-ah-ah, but everyone else would be like... huh????

Everything else about this is sooo cool. I like it all.

I like the hesitations during the intro.
I can't pick the sample, sorry.
I like the bits though.
My only nit would be that the bass line is too fast for the wooliness of the bass sample but that's a rock crit. isn't it?
THis has a very rock like aggression - remonds me of Firestarter in some ways.
The change at 3.06 is a cool way to restate the different sounds.
Can't Go Home can't stay out can't crash now can't stay drunk.
The eternal dilemma.
I actually really like the psych garage of the outro - but I'm a bit that way inclined.
GOOD ONE!

This is a very cool song. I could see this being played at a rave. You are a talented artist. For some odd reason I am feeling like a bass solo break in the middle with minimalist synth embellishments. That drum beat is grooving.

Interesting... but I surface from this aural experience, like a commuter blinking his eyes in the harsh light of day as he emerges from a long nightmarish ride in the Tube (or should that be the Paris Metro).

That was good dude. Probably my favorite you've done yet. No nits whatsoever. I enjoyed it. The slop-rock ending was dumb though. :laughings:

yeah there were minimal attempts to make that end transition smooth...its fits like peanut butter and a hammer :)

Thanks Ray...I made most of this using Lives sampler...real old skool style...I think thats what made it fun, and the bass sample a bit odd..I sampled it from two tracks, good experience into how they "used to do it" :drunk:

Thanks for the compliment...I just have a vivid imagination :)
