Drumagog Help

Can someone please help me with drumagog. I am using Sonar 4 Producer and also have it wrapped using DirectiXer. I am using both Demo's for DirectiXer and drumagog 4. I own DFH superior and would like to use drumagog to trigger Superior.

Is this possible? Me and the support guy are having a bit of trouble fixing this problem.

Can I load DFH superior into my session, put drumagog on my already recorded kick track and then have drumagog trigger DFH's kick drum instead of its interal sounds such as (PRockKick)

Uh....why would you do that? Why not just use the Piano Roll to trigger the DFHS kick? Putting Drumagog in there makes no sense. It's a hit replacement tool. It senses a certain level of volume and then puts in whatever you specify in that location.
 
Sonar's VST adaptor can't do midi out/in without midiyoke or DirectiXer.

I know Drumagog is a replacer tool. I don't have MIDI of my audio tracks that my drummer recorded. Is there a tool that goes from Audio to Midi. Sonar's Extract Timing is terrible and I want a fast and easy solution.
