drum programing

I think I hear a metallica riff in there :p

The hi hat cymbals don't seem to match the rest of the kit. Didn't hear any other cymbals. Need some more of those. The kick is nice though. Thick and thumpy. The hardest part about programming drums is thinking like a drummer (unless you are a drummer). It also helps to mix it up a little so the beats don't sound so repetative, adding different snare hits or kicks for example. I'm guilty of not doing that, but it does help.

Sounds pretty cool otherwise.
 
Yes the cymbals are the hardest thing for me to get the proper feel of. There are so many things to consider when trying to get a realistic drum sound. Thanks for listening and the comments I appreciate it.
