Drum mic help please!!

i was looking at these mics to record the drum set in my sig, here they are: Shure SM57-snare/hihat, 2 Behringer C2 condensor mics-overheads,
SM58-kick, running into a behringer UB1202, then into my computer, is that a good setup??
 
Should be ok, i'd suggest getting a bass mic like the shure 52a
 
i would love one of those, but i can only afford to spend around 70.00 for a kick mic :[ any other suggestions?
 
Where are you from? If UK, i can suggest one for £40, but I've never had personal experience with it. I don't know of any, just look around for a cheap one.

Haven't tried them, but from responses I've heard around here, I'd stay away from them.

There was someone around here who said that Superlux actually had a good kick mic (good for $40 that is!!). For $40, you really can't go wrong, even if it's totally worthless, its only $40 compared to buying something else that totally sucks. :D
 
Listen to me or not, but I suggest getting better equitment before recording. At least get better cymbals, and if I were you I would get a better kit too. What kind of Pacific is it? EZ, or something good like a CX or LX? I had a EZ and ZBT cymbals and I said I wanted to get recording equitment. But, for Christmas I got a Pearl SMX in Vintage Fade (100% maple) and a 14 x 6.5 Eric Singer Sig. Snare. Then with Christmas money I got Sabian AAX 13'' Hats, Zildjian 16'' K Custom crash, Sabian 20'' HHX Evolution ride, and replaced the tom heads with Evans G1 Coated, and bass with Evans EQ1 and snare with Remo Coated Ambassador. Im just telling you, if you get recording equitment now, it wont sound good, because you dont have good sound equitment. Just my 2 cents..

Its all in tuning&heads my friend ; ) if you had plastic bags for heads on your nice kit it would sound like shit, if you have good heads it sounds good.
that being said almost any kit can sound good if miced/tuned well. I'm not saying i have the best kit (it is an EZ series) but it sounds good enough for now....
