I was wondering what drum machines
you people think are good for contempory,
realistic heavy rock sounds???

The Alesis HR16B is good for the money... You can check the quality of it out at www.mp3.com/Mofocult
This is heavy stuff done with the Alesis.

Hey Tiffy:

Make sure you check out the sounds on the new Boss 770 drum box. I just got one and it has a gaggle of sounds. Also, you can create your own meters. Best price I found was with Full Compass @ 361.00 dollars plus shipping. I also have the Alesis 16; the Boss is better technology/sounds/etc.

Happy Drumming.

Hey Tiffy
I have the Yamaha RY20 and love it. Its a bit heavey on the programming side but it has so much to offer. The bass guitar pads sound good to.

I own a DR-5 and love it. I bought it with the power cord and manual on Harmony's classified for $200-250 a year ago.

Cheers people...I'm just a baby to
this...patience will prevail...

I've got the BOSS DR-202 Dr. Grove, its not too expencive and you com make almost every sound you can imagine. it's amazing.
