Hi

I'm going to be recording some songs soon - I don't have any drums and so I'm probably going to want to be using drum loops - can you reccommend any good drum loops?

My music style is mainly going to be quite poppy - think Taio Cruz, JLS, Katy Perry, Jason Derulo etc, but also sometimes a bit more rocky!!

Any advice would greatly be appreciated :D

I think you'd be better off learning the basics of MIDI drums so you could make your own loops with your own samples and your own grooves. Your own loops/drum beats would sound a lot better than generic loops because you could customize them to work with your songs. Maybe take a look into that.

EZ drummer for midi, Drums on Demand for Audio (much less flexible). i'd advise against programming unless you're willing to spend alot of time programming the dynamics. I'm assuming you want as authentic a sound as possible, and as such, I'd go for the EZ Drummer Nashvill EZX kit. It'll do pop/rock/country and the bundled loops are pretty good.
