drivers don't show up

i downloaded asio4all 2.7 drivers to my computer but they don't show up in options/audio/drivers tab in cakewalk. nothing shows up in advanced tab either. the only one there are the drivers for my existing soundcard. i thought when you download asio4all they should show up in the dropdown tab.

They have to be installed, not just downloaded.

i installed them also. i found out they're not compatible with cakewalk pro audio 9. thanks anyway.
