Drive failure - can't reinstall

I had Audition 1.0 ( an upgrade from CoolEdit 2000) installed but my drive failed. I have the registration codes and emails from Syntrillium and Adobe but have lost the software. Adobe seems to have a deaf ear to all this. Is there any way I can recover?

Amazon.com seems to still list used copies (they might list new as well but sticker shock more or less forced me to ignore them)
