Hey all,
So I sold my DR-05 on ebay and the buyer sent me a note saying he doesn't hear anything out of the left channel when plugged in with various headphones (either from the monitor mix or when playing back recordings)
It sounds like the recording works and he was doing everything fine (both L and R showed up when recording and he also played back on the computer and it was fine and both channels played back).
Has anyone else run into a similar issue? Could it be a setting? Or just headphone jack gone bad? He said he tried a few different pairs of stereo headphones with the same results (sound only coming out of the right channel), unless he didn't plug them in all the way or something. I heard about how the earbuds with remotes may not work well but that's a different case.
Any thoughts/ideas here? Unfortunately, the unit was purchased back in 2012, so it's out of warranty. I'm probably gonna have to end up doing a return and refund.
