I've burned recordings made at 16 bit but now I have one where I used 24 bit 48k. Is there something I can do to convert it to 16 bit 41k and burn it with the machine? Thanks!

On NEO mastered tracks are 16/41 always. There is no way to master 24/41 and as I remember the mixdown is also 16/41, which in part make sense since CD are recorded 16/41, but the mix lose resolution to be mastered.
I believe DP-24 and 32 work the same way.
With NEO the way to master a 24/41 is export all tracks to a computer to do the mix/master or sending the mix through the digital out to be mastered (not recording) and that's the way I do.
Another way that works, is to bounce all tracks as a final mix to a pair of stereo tracks (they have the same resolution of your project) and export only this pair (already mixed) to a computer to finish the master. These tracks will be 24/41 on NEO or 24/48 on DP24/32.
As DP24/32 does not have digital I/O I think you have to export the tracks to a computer DAW and make the mix and master there.
