I damn sure ain't laughin' at ya.
About two years ago I came here as green as you are.
Now I'm light green.
There are some great people here with knowledge that they are willing to share. You'll get more than one idea, more than one way to do almost everything. Try them all, give them all a chance, then use what is comfortable with you to get the sound or result your aiming for.
I cruise around on other websites about homerecording but this one has resources that none of the others have.
