Hi Folks,
I've done a quick search but with no useful, to my simple mind, result.
Could anyone point me toward a test tone suitable for Dolby NR level calibration for a TEAC AN180?
I sat down to calibrate the thing for playback so I could use it with my TRUVOX stereo reel2reel before realizing that just any tone from a tone generator probably wasn't going to be good enough.
Can/should I record the record calibration tone onto tape/hard drive/casette & use that for playback calibration or is there another source, perhaps downloadable, that I could use?
Perhaps I should drop this thread into the Newbies section but I figured you folk are the online think tank so it's you instead.
