Does this type of adapter exist?

I'm looking for an adapter that can take 4 signals (4 leads) and convert it to one. Sort of like a Y-Adapter but with two extra inputs...Do these exist, if so, do they have a specific name?

Yeah- we call em mixers.
you can get a cheap one to do what you want.

You can get Y adapters that take two TRS 1/4inch jacks and turn them into one. So if you get three of these adapters then you can have four inputs to one output. Simple.
If you are talking about XLR then I dont know if there are adapters.

Splitters are available to do what you are talking about but a 4 chanel mixer will do the job much better, even one of the little battery powered ones from Radio Shack would be better than just a splitter.
