the transitions can seem awkward. maybe other parts could help it out...i don't know...maybe just more time or something...

or maybe i'm just insane?

 
and don't tell me about the phase during the chorus...i backed away from the vocal mic..haha.

I like it. The style reminds me of Damien Rice. The piano playing
seems awkward at times. I can't really offer much advice other than
work on the piano playing just a bit. It needs to have more flow to it - less choppiness.
 
I thought it flowed fine. Yep, the voice did get lost briefly there ;)

Not my usual style in music, but good stuff to my ears any way.
 
Hi there...

Personally I think all you need is an intro. (I know nothing of piano), ..but there is a nice piece at 0:43, where the piano plays a chord in a stuttery manner...

I can see this as an instrumental intro..maybe just one bar...it would grab the listeners attention...

just a thought.

cool! good idea...i'm snowed in..i wish i were by my piano...but i'll try that next time.

i'm hearing just a staccato chord with strings or accordian for a measure and then going to the first verse.

i noticed my speed still sucks. it's really new...i'll practice all of these things and listen back and see how it goes
