Does the Cubase SX mixer have a mono button?

Listening in mono also shows if the way you pan things doesn't cause any phase shifting.
Does anyone know if Cubase VST 5.1 has this buitton and where it is located?

Right below the master volume... there is a button with two circles. This represents stereo. Click it and it becomes one circle, this will be mono.

im using cubase 7.5 and i havn't been able to do this with either my tracks, my groups or my stereo output... any leads as to why this would be happening?

PS : Btw when i wanna check in mono i just put up a stereo enhancer plugin on my master and push the mono button on it, anyone has any leads as to how i can get the circles to go from stereo to mono and vice-versa
