Does Cubase LE use a doogle?

Have a friend who got the Lexicon Omega that comes with Cubase LE. I am wondering if it uses a doogle like my Cubase SX 3.

Thanks for your reply. The person I am helping load the software will be coming from out of town and told me there was no doogle inside the package. So I just wanted to check it out.......be a real deal if it was needed and was not in the package.
