Does anyone know how to wire a fat strat up like an Eric Johnson strat where the bottom tone control works for the (Lead) bridge pickup? I have a Dimarzio super distortion humbucker in the bridge (4 wire).

The wiring, other than the replacement pickup, is stock? Because according to Fender's website, it should already work on both the mid and bridge pickups. The top tone control (again, according to Fender's website) should only be working on when only the neck pickup is on. They show a four pole double waffer switch - is that what you've got? If what you have is what they say on their website, and you want to NOT have the tone control when you are just on the middle pickup, then you need to move the wire which goes from the tone control to the switch one lug towards the center of the switch (it should already have a jumper to that lug (what you are really doing it disconnecting it from the center lug of that pole).

If, on the other hand, you don't care about coil tapping the humbucker, and want it wired like an EJ Strat with a humbucker, just make it look like THIS, but wire the center tap wires to one another (should be the white and black, with the red going to the switch, and the green to ground) and wrap them in e-tape (electrical tape).

If your wiring isn't stock, well you can still do the later.
