kristian's suggestion of using the 5V plug is a good idea, however, this may get annoying for those of you wishing to switch back and forth between 12V and 5V.
My suggestion for those "do-it-yourself" guys/gals out there, is to build yourself a baybus. It is basically a device that allows you to change from 12V to 5V and back again at the flick of a switch.

For those of you planning on replacing your case fans, might I also suggest buying BIGGER fans if your case has space for them.
If you want to go overboard..you could even watercool your cpu.
