Hi...
I'm new here. (first post) I need some input. I apologize because I am stupid on most the right terms.
Background: I use to be a singer in a band, now just play for myself and a coffee house every once in awhile. I want to get a voice machine that will enhence what I am doing. Currently I have a little Radio Shack electronic reverb. (LOL STOP LAUGHING!! =)
2 things....
I am looking at a DOD Votec but I have no idea the upside/downside to it.
Second, I heard a singer that sounded like a drill sergeant (ie "Count off, one two, bring it on down...) but it was also his own voice in multiple (like a company of soldiers) that answered each chant. I'm not sure if he did this in studio or if there is a machine that does it.
I would also like to get a machine that you could hit a note and give you harmony to your voice. (like 2-3-4 part harmony) LOL Is there something like that?
And no, I don't have thousands of dollars to spend. Thanks for any help you can give me.
