Well, after taking a few weeks migrating tracks off my 'puter and VF16 into my new 2480DVD, and then getting to know my way 'round it, I'd like to know if what I'm hearing is translating out very well...

Listen and critique please... Any and all ice-picks, warts etc... I need to know if I'm hearing what you're hearing...

And if any of you guitar gawds wanna replace the solo, that's fine also...

;)

All I Am

Tanx!

:)

Hey Rabbit! I love the song.

Your lyrics...? Good ones.

You are singing...right? Good vocals.

I like the acoustical start.

The only thing I would nick pick about is the drums. I personally would like to hear a bit more snap in the snare...and more energy in the (short/longer) rhythm break/rolls (1:20...1:30 so on) ...or whatever you drummers call it... :D

I was going to say something about the hat(?)....but the more I listened, the more I liked it's gentler placing.

I love the song!!

Hey Bent, whutup.

Ok.. listening now..

Lotta noise/hiss.

acoustic sound is a little bland to hear soloed.

Vox sound great!

Sound rich when the band kicks in.

Vocals are sitting a little on top and could be down a hair IMO.

Sounds very mono, I wouldn't mind hearing more stereo. :D

Pretty cool song.

Thanx True/Space :)

We took off outta town this weekend and I listened to the mix a couple more times on our car stereo...

Definitely going to pull the vox back some... They were a bit overpowering

Thanx True... I was rasslin with the idea of bringing the snare out some more (punch-wise, not volume). I tend to get a little reserved thinking 'oh, I'm just being a drummer, I prolly need to turn it down' :D

Thanx for the kind words... The song is still a work in progress (will they ever be truly 'done') ;) and, yes, I wrote and performed all the parts...

Tanx again for the critiques

:)
